These terms cover the free Mini-Fix and our paid work. By sending the form or hiring us, you agree to them.
The free Mini-Fix
The Mini-Fix is free and comes with no obligation. We aim to send it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of your request.
Quotes and paid work
Prices on this site are starting prices. Before any paid work, we send you a quote with what's included and the timeline. Work starts once you accept it on WhatsApp or by email.
Payment
We agree the payment method with you before we start. We accept Whish and bank transfer locally, and Payoneer for international clients. Any refund is agreed between us in writing.
What we need from you
Accurate information and access to what we're asked to review. Our advice is only as good as what we're given.
Results
We show you what's holding sales back and give you fixes you can use. Sales depend on many things outside our control, so we can't guarantee a specific result.
Your material
The scripts, replies and plans we write for you are yours to use for your business once paid. We won't share your information or results without your permission.
Confidentiality
We sign an NDA before every project.
